Sarson ka Saag with makai roti
Cooking Instructions

Take a pan add all green vegetables salt ginger garlic paste green chili and cook well and grind lightly well

Take a bowl add makkai ka atta and some water and mix well and add in veg mix and cook well

Take a pan add oil heat add dasee ghee and cumin seeds onion stir fry lightly golden add green chili tomato and ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook well

Now add coriander leaves and garammasala and add veggies mix and cook for 5minutes and flame off

Transfer into serving bowl and garnish butter 🧈

Now ready to serve with makkai ki roti and salads 🥗
