Steps

Assemble ingredients, marinade paneer cubes with salt + turmeric and marinade for 10 minutes.

Blanch spinach and blend into smooth paste by adding green chilli + lemon juice + 3 tbsp water.

Fry golden brown the marinaded paneer cubes and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan / kadhai, add oil + butter and allow moderate heat, add cumin seeds and allow to crackle.
Then add ginger + garlic and sauté for few seconds then add chopped onion + hing and sauté till golden brown. - 5
Then add chopped tomatoes and sauté till tomato turn mushy.

Add curd + all spices +salt and sauté till oil is released from tomato.

Add spinach purée + 1/4 cup water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Lastly add paneer cubes + sugar + Kasuri Methi and stir well.

Cook further for 3-4 minutes and dish is ready.

Serve with Roti/ Paratha / Naan / Kulcha.
