In mixing bowl add besan, chopped fenugreek leaves, green garlic chilli ginger paste, tumeric powder, coarse black pepper powder and corainder seeds, salt.

Add little little water to prepare pskora batter. Beat in one direction for 2 minutes..to smooth batter.

Heat oil for frying. In pakora batter add soda bi carb, on it squeeze lemon juice. Beat the batter.

Drop little little prepared batter in hot oil. Deep fry pakoras few at a time on medium flame till crispy golden.

Serve Relish Delicious Hot Green Garlic Methi Pakora with green corainder chutney.
