Take vegetables and cut in small pieces an keep for boiling till it changes to soft

Take palak and boil for 5 minutes

Grind with a hand mixer and take a mixer jar put tomato, ginger,garlic and grind it

Take kadai put oil/butter, onion and tomato and leave for 2 minutes

Add palak purée add red Chilli powder,haldi powder, coriander powder,garam masala, and salt mix well

Add boiled vegetables an keep for boiling

Put Kasuri methi and add panner

Mix well and keep for 10 minutes on low flame

Garnish with coriander leaves and your yummy Veg Hyderabadi is ready to Serve
