Ingredients

serves 3 servin
  • 250 gmscarrots
  • 4 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 3 tsptspoon cumin seeds

  1. 1

    Grate carrots and coconut.

    In mixing bowl take carrot and coconut, add roasted peanuts, sugar, lemon juice, salt.mix well.

    Now heat the tadaka pan,add oil,once hot add cumin seeds and chopped chillies. Pour it on koshimbir. Mix well and serve.
