Heat ghee in a kadai add chopped dry fruits and fry well, keep aside. Same kadai add grated carrots and cook on low heat.

Cook until the raw smell goes away and the moisture evaporates. Now add milk and mix it, cook on medium heat, keep stirring continuously until the mixture turns thick.

Now add sugar and mix it well, then add milk powder and cook another 8-10 minutes and evaporates fully. Finish with a cardamom powder, fried dry fruits and ghee mix it everything properly then switch off the flame. Gajar Halwa is ready.
