In steel thali add maize flour, chopped green garlic stalk, carom seeds/ajwain salt. Mix well.

Add little little water and bind into semi soft dough.

Knead dough and divide into 2; equal portions. Make flattened balls. Roll each into round shape roti.

Place it on griddle. After 1 minute flip.. as brown spots appears on lower side..pick it up with tongs and put on open flame to puff up as brown spots appears.. remove from heat. Apply ghee or butter on hot makki ki roti. Similarly prepare another.

Serve Relish Delicious Nutritious Hot Makki ki roti with Sarson Ka Saag.
