Assemble ingredients, chop potato into cubes and make paste of tomato + ginger + green chilli and keep aside.

Green Peas boiled in 1 cup water and keep aside. Fry potato cubes till golden brown and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan / kadhai, add oil allow to heat, add bay leaf + cumin seeds + hing and allow to crackle. Then add tomato paste and sauté for few seconds.

Add all dry spices along with 3 tbsp water and fry till spices leave oil.

Add green peas along with water + salt and wait for a boil. Add fried potato cubes and cook for around 2 minutes.

Simmer and further cook for 3-4 minutes by adding ghee + Kasuri Methi and dish is ready to serve.

Serve with phulka / paratha and enjoy winters.
