First preheat OTG for 200 degree C for 5 minutes. Now in a mould apply butter and maida then spread evenly. Once it is done then keep aside. Now in a bowl take 2 cup maida, 1 bowl melted butter, 2 eggs, sugar as needed, vanilla essence, few crushed almonds....

Mix it properly for 10 minutes. No lumps on it. Till the sugar dissolvess...and the batter should be thick in consistency...Once it is done. Then pour the batter in a mold. The batter should be half off the mould...othewise while baking the batter will be over flow...then tap the moild gently so that he batter will be spread evenly...

Now put in a OTG and bake for 200 degree C for 10 minutes...After 10 minutes check it. If it is done then take out from the oven. Cool it and turn the mould..tap it gently...

So that the cake will comes out easily... Garnish with chocolate syrup....

Now it is Ready to serve...Almond Mould Cup Cake...
