Cut and wash the cabbage with hot water.

Heat oil and add mustard seeds,hing, and gobhi with matar.

Also, add all masala ingredients and salt mix well & cook on high flame 🔥.

Stir in between. When water evaporates & oil separates, off the flame 🔥

Pta gobhi gets ready. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with parantha or roti & enjoy.
