Take a kadhai or Pan, heat the 3 tbs oil and roast the peanut, and keep it aside.

Chopped the tomato and Green Chilli.

Now in kadhai pour 1 tbs oil and put some mustard seeds, and curry leaves and make them crackle.

After that add chopped tomato and sauté until it turns soft.

Now add peanut and sautéed tomato into a blending jar.

Make a fine paste.

Now for tadka add 1/2tbs oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Pour the tadka into the peanut chutney.
Your peanut chutney is ready to serve!!
