Burn Brinjals in gas oven. Then peel it & smash it. Keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai & add chopped onions.Fry it well. Then add Cumin powder,green chillies & tomato. Fry it for 3 minutes in high flame. Add 1/2 Coriander leaves & salt. Fry it well.

Then add smashed Brinjal in it. Fry it for 5 minutes in medium to high flame. It's done. Garnish with 1/2 chopped Coriander leaves & chopped green chillies. Serve it with Roti or Steamed rice.
