Wash and soak both dal for 4-5hrs. And grind.to make thick batter.

Transfer batter in a bowl.and beat with fingers for 3-4min.
Coursly churn Ponk. And mix with a batter.Add 1tbsp.whole ponk also.Add chopped green garlic chopped onion chopped coriander and mint.
Add red chilli powder turmeric powder garam masala salt and ginger chilli garlic paste. Mix it well.Add pinch soda and hot oil. Mix properly. Drop in un even shape as shown in gigure. And fry.Transfer in a plate. - 3
Again fry and get fine brown colour. Texture of ponkvada is hard from outside and soft part from inside. Its enhance also taste. Tasty Authantic Ponk Vada is ready.

For Chutney:- Mix coriander green garlic chilli ginger lemonjuice sugar and 2pc.of ponk vada in a chutney jar. And churn.Tasty thick chutney is ready.
