Gud Makhana/ Fox nuts with Jaggery

In our country India, we usually prefer jaggery while making our recipes on special holy occasions. Jaggery has a lot of health benefits. Intake of jaggery helps in weight loss, manages liver function and many more.
This is my innovative recipe. Here, I have coated makhana with jaggery and masala in my way. It's very delicious and I am sure it will be loved by jaggery lovers.

Heat a pan on low flame. Roast makhana till crispy. Set aside.

In the same pan, add ghee and jaggery. Stir on low flame. Add 2 Tsp water and wait for the formation of bubbles.

Test jaggery in dropping in water. Mix all the masala mentioned and mix well with melted jaggery.

Add the roasted makhna and ensure to coat each one with jaggery. Switch off the flame and allow to cool. Enjoy this recipe if you have sweet tooth.
