In a pan heat ghee and oil and add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and green cardamoms, stir for 1 sec. Add minced ginger, garlic and chopped green chillies. Stir for 2 mins to soften. Add chopped onions and cook for 3-4 mins to soften the onions.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt. Cook till oil surfaces

Add Keema and cook till well combined

Add water and mix well, cover to cook for 7-8 mins

Add Methi leaves, Matar and combine well. Cover to cook for 3-4 mins.

When oil surfaces and consistency is dry, drizzle ghee and set aside to serve

Serve as a main course with Pau and salad and enjoy 😊
