Steps

Dissolve the yeast in 100ml of water.

Dissolve the salt and sugar in the milk

Add both liquids (I.e dissolved yeast and Milk) and oil to the flour at once and mix.Knead by hand for 10min.

Cover the dough and leave for 1hr

Scale the dough into pieces I.e any desired shape

Butter the baking sheet..Place your shaped doughs on your baking sheet in a row and cover with a towel.Leave untill prove(double in size)

Egg wash carefully

Bake immediately at 200°C for 20-30min

Break 1 open to test if cooked

Allow to cool o a wire.
