Cut the paneer into pieces of your desired size.

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, red chili powder, black pepper, garam masala, and sesame seeds. Mix well with your hands, then add the paneer pieces and coat them thoroughly. Let the paneer marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the marinated paneer pieces until they are golden brown.

Serve the sesame paneer tikka hot with green mint yogurt chutney.
