Muli ka saag (Radish Leaves) with Peanut

Soak peanut, cumin, garlic, red chilli for half an hour.
Chop the Muli leaves finely. Chop pumpkin and radish. - 2
Boil water in a pan, add Muli saag, after few minutes add radish and pumpkin and let everything get properly cooked.

In the mean time make a fine paste of soaked peanut, cumin, chilli and garlic.

In a separate pan add oil, once hot add mustard seeds and red chilli, after mustard sputters, add the peanut paste and stir for 2/3 minutes. After that add the boiled saag+veggies. Add in salt as per your taste. Mix well and cook for another 5 mins for the paste and saag to well combined.
