Combine the meat with all the ingredients and mix well.

Form into balls. Chill in the fridge.

Sauté the onions with cilantro and parsley in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook until soft, then set aside.

In the same skillet, add another drizzle of olive oil and brown the meatballs. Add more cumin, cilantro, and parsley.

Once browned, add the onions, tomato purée, and a sugar cube, then crack the eggs into the mixture. Let it cook.
