Carrot peas pulao

Soak rice for 1/2 an hour.
Now in a pan add ghee and heat then add clove, bay leaves. - 2
Now add peas and carrot mix well. Add soaked and drained rice and give a good mix. Add water and salt to the pan and cover the lid. Cook for exactly 15 minutes in low flame.

Switch off the flame give a light mix. Cover the lid again. Keep it for 15 minutes. Gajar matar pulao is ready to Serve.
