Cooking Instructions

Make a smooth paste of green peas in a mixer grinder

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and temper the oil with hing and ginger paste and cook for 1 minute on low flame

Add the peas paste to it. and start cooking in medium flame till the raw aroma of peas gone completely.

Add salt, and sugar to the mixture and give the stuffing a mix.
Cook for a few more minutes till the mixture leaves the edges of the pan and switch the flame off.
Let the mixture cool completely. - 5
Take the flour in a bowl, add salt and oil to the flour mixture, add water as required and knead a dough, rest it for 10 minutes.

Add sufficient oil in kadhai, heat it, make small balls out of the dough, flatten it with hand, place peas stuffing in it and seal the edges to make a ball shape.

Roll out using a rolling pin, fry the kochuri from both sides, serve with aalur dom.
