Marinade chicken with lemon juice + salt + pepper powder and keep aside for 45 minutes.

Assemble all ingredients

Add grated ginger + garlic to marinaded chicken.

Add egg + corn flour + maida to marinaded chicken and give a good mix. Keep aside for around 15 minutes.

Deep fry chicken till crisp and golden brown.

Keep aside.

In a wok add oil and allow to heat, add finely chopped ginger + garlic and sauté for few seconds, add chopped onion + green chilli and sauté for few seconds.
Add diced onion + diced Capsicum + little salt and stir fry for around 2 minutes.
Prepare a slurry of all sauces + vinegar + 1/2 cup water. - 8
Add the sauce slurry + sugar + salt and wait for a boil.
Cook for 2 minutes, add fried chicken + few green chilli and mix well.
Make a point to coat all chicken pieces with sauce very nicely. - 9
Chilli Chicken is done.

Transfer to serving dish dish and garnish with chopped coriander stems + roasted sesame seeds.

Serve hot hot and can be paired with Noodles.
