6 PiecesIdlis (cut in quarters)
2 tbspOil
1onion sliced
1/2 tbspFinely chopped Garlic
1/2 tbspFinely chopped Ginger
1Green Chili
2 tbspTomato ketchup 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce
1 tbspSoya Sauce 1 tbsp Vinegar
as requiredSalt acc to taste

1.Sauté onions in a saucepan.
2.Add ginger, garlic, green chilli,

3.Season with tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar mix well.
4.Add the idlis to the sauce and stir till the idlis are bathed in the sauce.

Mix well nServe hot.
