In a bowl take soaked and drained thick poha, Add bread crumbs, finely chopped onions, crushed green chillies and ginger, red chilli flakes, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste, pinch of asafetida, rice flour

Mix all the ingredient very well. Add water if required and form a dough.

Make lemon size balls, flatten them with hands and make a hole in center

Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry the wadas till golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
