Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cupsflour (about 225 grams)
  2. 3/4 cupgrated carrots (about 100 grams)
  3. 1/3 cupchopped or sliced walnuts or almonds (about 40 grams)
  4. 1 packetbaking powder
  5. 3eggs
  6. 1 1/3 tablespoonsmilk (about 20 ml)
  7. 3/4 cupbrown sugar (about 180 grams)
  8. 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  9. 7 tablespoonsbutter (about 100 grams)
  10. 3apples
  11. 1 tablespoonapricot jam (about 10 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Meanwhile, grease a 10-11 inch springform pan with butter and line it with parchment paper. In a bowl, sift the flour and add the carrots, nuts, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, butter, and sugar. Mix everything together with a whisk.
