In a mixing bowl take finely chopped capsicum, cabbage, tomato and grated carrot. Add salt, chat masala, black pepper powder, chili flakes, oregano and crushed green chilies. Add paneer cubes, grated cheese, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Combine all ingredients well.

Take two slices of bread. Apply green chutney on one slice and prepared stuffing on other slice. Close together. Apply butter on both outer sides. Grill in sandwich maker or griller.

Delicious veg paneer sandwich is ready. Serve with tomato ketchup and soup of your choice.
