Today's recipe quick green chilli achar.

Add little bit mustard oil in a pan. Add green chillies and 5tbsp salt and cook for 2 minutes on medium high heat.

Add red chilli powder, tarmaric powder, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, black seed and mustard seed and cook again for 2 minutes.

Add lemon, mix then turn off the flame.

Now add 2 cups of mustard oil. Cool completely then save in airtight jar.
