Super simple less-oil Banana recipe, can be added as a side item to your great Indian thali, to make it even more healthier and wholesome.

Peel and cut the banana into thin slices, don’t make very thin, as we’ll boil them. Boil the banana in some water and salt. Switch off once banana turns tender.

Add chat powder, chilli powder and rice flour and mix lightly.
Note: I haven’t used chilli powder in the pic, but you add it for better taste and look. - 3
In a hot tawa add some oil, spread the bananas, flip and roast till both sides are crispy and red.
