A super duper hit Breakfast of my family which i never forget to make for them atleast once a Week. It is not only healthy but also delicious. The masala Chapatis or Rotis are made on weekend mornings for a family reunion where everyone has time for each other and these moments are very special because they strengthen our familial bond. A warm Breakfast with a hot cup of Tea or Coffee and warmest feelings of togetherness with our loved ones is what makes this Breakfast real awesome.
The best part is that these are super delicious, soft and absolutely flavourful. You can add more of your choice of spices and make it fresh whenever needed. These go really well alongside any simple Curry or even a Chutney and a Pickle.
Happy Family Time !

Steps
- 1
Make a soft and a pliable dough out of all the ingredients as mentioned. Cover and keep it aside for about 20 minutes. Add water as required to knead the dough.
- 2
Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Roll them each into a disc of your choice, either big or medium or small. Roast on a preheated griddle or a tawa. Use ghee or oil as needed.
- 3
Stack them up in a casserole to keep them warm as well as soft. Make all in the same way. That's it. Delicious and healthy homemade pure and guilt free rotis or chapatis for breakfast are all ready to be enjoyed with your loved ones on any given day.
