Wash and clean the chicken pieces.

Take a pan add oil, onion paste and stir fry and give the light golden colour then add bay leave, green cardamom, black cardamom, zeera whole, ginger garlic paste and mix well and saute them for few minutes.

Now add chicken pieces and stir fry chicken change their colour
add tomato paste, all dry spices and bhonify together. - 4
Cover it with lid and let it tender.

Then chicken get tender completely add boiled chickpeas, green chillies and mix well.

Add kasuri methi by rubbing in hand and mix well.

Add water and cover it and cook for 10 minutes on low heat, and adjust the consistency of curry.

Check on the gravy, if it's your desired consistency, turn off the flame. Sprinkle it with Garam Masala. Your gravy is ready.

Serve hot with garma garam paratha or tandoori Roti or Naan.
