Dip cauliflower florets in hot water for 1 minute and then discard water and pat dry florets.

Mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, rice flour in a mixing bowl. Add ginger green chilli paste, salt black pepper and mix. Make a batter by adding water slowly.

Dip cauliflower florets in this batter and coat each florets with batter nicely. Then sprinkle some all-purpose flour over it to make it dry.

Chop onion, capsicum and garlic. Mix soya sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce in a bowl. Prepare a slurry by mixing corn flour and 1 cup water.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Deep fry cauliflower florets till crispie golden brown colour.

And remove in a plate.

Heat 2 tb spoon cooking oil in a wok. Add chopped garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion and capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.

Now add soya sauce-vinegar solution and mix. Add corn flour slurry and mix and keep on stirring till gravy becomes thick.

Now add fried cauliflower florets and toss nicely.

Serve hot immediately garnished with chopped spring onions.
