I am busy trying out al new types of food that I never thought that I would make . I usally just go out to the shop and just buy what I want . And maby like 3 months ago I started thinking is it not easier to just make it yourself . It maby will not be perfect at first or at second try but when you do get it perfect you will feel so good about yourself ! To say hay I just made that 😀 .

Steps

1 hr 40 min
  1. 1

Mix the flour water, butter, salt and sugar well together

  2. 2

Let dough mixture rest in refridgerator for 40 min

  3. 3

While dough is restig you can start cooking evreything that comes inside of the pie on an pan. Except for the sour cream / mayonnaise. I usually start by frying my unions first.

  4. 4

When evreything is well cooked you can take your dough mix out of your refridgerator, sprinkle some flour on your counter table and start rolling your dough until nice and thin (not to thin).

  5. 5

When your dough is nicely rolled you can start cutting out the size of the pies you want, I used an glass butter holder to for shaping my pie it worked pretty well.

  6. 6

Spray an pan with cooking spray, and add on your dough that you just shaped for pies.

  7. 7

Now it is time to start filling your pies. Put your sour cream / mayonnaise in the middle and spread out (not on the sides of the pie).

  8. 8

Now put the mushrooms, unions spinache exc on the mayonnaise/ sour cream.

  9. 9

Now take your dough and put it on top of evreything. You can use an fork to help with the sides of the pie so that is does not open up in the oven.

  10. 10

Put your pies in an pre heated oven, and let it bake until lightly brown on top and and the dough is cooked.
    My oven was on 180°.
