Ingredients

Serves 5 servings
  1. 1 bunchyellow chives (about 3.5 oz/100 grams)
  2. 3.5 oz (100 grams)ground pork
  3. 50dumpling wrappers
  4. Soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, and rice wine, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the yellow chives and set aside.

    Mix the ground pork with oyster sauce, soy sauce, white pepper, and rice wine. Knead until the mixture becomes sticky, then add the chopped yellow chives and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    After chilling the filling for 30 minutes, take it out and wrap it in the dumpling wrappers. This recipe makes about 50 dumplings.

    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook until done.
