Easy to prepare, popular and nutritious sabji.. boiled potatoes drenched in nutty, creamy spinach gravy.
Steps

Blanch spinach. Strain and keep aside.
Boiled or pressure cook potato in salty water. Peel and keep aside. - 2
In mixer jar add chopped onion, cashew nuts pieces, green chillies, ginger pieces salt and grind coarsely.

Add blanched spinach and grind to smooth mixture.

In cooking pan add heat oil and ghee. Do tempering of cumin seeds. Add boiled baby potatoes and saute for 2 minutes.

Add spicy spinach puree, salt and garam masala, boiled baby potatoes. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer it in serving bowl. Serve Relish Delicious Hot Creamy Aloo Palak curry with parathas.
