Simple Japanese Egg Sandwiches (that keeps you wanting for more)

Ok, so this is a pretty simple dish. Its a so simple that we questioned “so simple yet sooo good!”
My husband made it first for me after watching this japanese tv show called “midnight diner”.
They were making egg sandwich or Tamago Sando. And that kinda inspired him to give it a shot.
I was “this is goood” at every bite!

Steps
- 1
Boiled the eggs for till hard (5-7 minutes perhaps). I used this machine which makes it easier to get the perfect hard boiled eggs.
- 2
Peel and mash the eggs. You don’t need to go crazy on mashing them up. Add all the seasoning in (mayonnaise, salt, pepper) and mix well.
- 3
Spread them on a bread (not toast) and serve!
