Boil milk add saffron & cardamom till consume half. Grate paneer & add in boiled milk.

Cook it some more time to remove the rawness of paneer. Now add sugar. After proper consistency of kheer turn off flame.

Keep aside for cool. Transfer in a bowl & keep in refrigerator for 1 hour. When serve garnish it with seeds and kishmish.
