Ingredients

  1. 6big sweet potatoes
  2. 10big tomatoes (diced)
  3. Handfulspring onions
  4. 2 tablespoontomato paste
  5. 1satchet onga
  6. 4Maggi cubes
  7. 1medium onion (diced)
  8. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  9. 1 tablespoonginger and garlic powder
  10. 2 tablespoonscotch bonnet pepper
  11. 1/4 cupground crayfish
  12. 1/4 cuppalm oil

Cooking Instructions

    Dice sweet potatoes into cubes,wash and keep aside

  2. 2

    Place a clean pot on low heat,pour oil and heat it up,add onion and fry for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes,pepper and spring onions and fry for 3-4 minutes

  3. 3

    Add in grounded crayfish and tomato paste and stir add in small amount of water and put all seasoning and spices,add sweet potatoes and stir cook for 10-15 minutes.
