Steps

In a clean bowl, sift your flour and add sugar, milk, yeast and mix.

Add egg, 9 tbsp warm water (more if needed) and mix everything together together. Knead for 2 mins and add margarine. Continue kneading till the dough is soft.

Allow it to rise for 30mins to 1hr. Deflate the dough and divide into 12 pieces or less depending on the size.

Roll it to a ball shape and arrange in a tray. Allow it to rise for some minutes. Heat up oil.

Carefully drop the dough in the oil and fry on low heat.

Fry both sides until golden brown. Then serve
