IBS friendly Pork Sinigang sa Calamansi

My husband has a suspected IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and this pushed me to cook IBS friendly meals for him. Mostly no onion and garlic, but surprisingly, itworks! There’s a lot of ingredients that might trigger his symptoms that’s why all the recipes you’re gonna see here are clean, with bare minimum ingredients. You should try this too! IBS friendly Pork Sinigang sa Calamansi

BOIL. In a pot, pour water and add the pork. Let it boil for 30 minutes. In the first 15 minutes, add the green chili and let it continue to boil. (You may cook this for a longer time, depends on how tender you want your meat to be. Longer time means more tender meat)

Add fish sauce.

Add okra and labanos, and let it boil once. Add Kangkong and kalamansi. Simmer for 3 minutes.
