Making dough take a saucer and put gram flour in it. Then add red pepper 🌶 powder, turmeric powder,salt 🧂,hing or asafoetida to it. Add mustard oil to it.

With a glass of water 💧 make dough

Take a small piece of dough and make rod or GATTE on rolling board.

Put all GATTE or rods of gram flour into a pressure cooker. Take a whistle.

When cools down the pressure cooker take all GATTE in a saucer and cut it into small pieces with knife 🔪.

Sotter it in a mustard oil for 2minutes.

For making GATTE. Take a pan add mustard oil till heated add cumin seeds and all khare masale to it.when it becomes brown then add chopped onions 🌰 till onions 🌰 becomes light brown add chopped tomatoes 🍅 and then add red pepper 🌶 powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and amchur powder,garam masala to it.

Stir it well. Put a lid on it

When tomatoes 🍅 cooked and softens add cut pieces of GATTE on it add kasoori methi to it, and add a cup of water which was used to boil GATTE and then put a lid on it.

Stir it well. In a regular intervals of time 🕑

After 3 minutes 🕑 take it in serving bowl 🥣.garnishing with green coriander leaves 🍃.

Enjoy with paratha and boondi ka Raita, PICKLES chutney etc. 😋🧡🥘🌺🥀🌸🌼🌻🥀🌷💐😍🥰👌👍
