Kale (optional) make sure to cook it thoroughly if you choose so
Velveeta Queso Blanco cheese (8 oz)
Small Canned diced tomatoes (the whole thing)
Tortilla chips
Ground beef (1-2lbs)
Onions (handful diced)
Salt, pepper, garlic onion seasoning (and taco seasoning if you choose)
