A very cool and light digestive raita
Steps

Wash bottle gourd thoroughly in running water. Wipe it.

Grate bottle gourd with peel. Transfer it to a pressure cooker. Add 1/2 bowl of water. Place the lid and pressure cook till 1 whistle. Switch off the flame. Let pressure release automatically. Open the lid. Transfer boiled bottle gourd in a plate and let it cool.

Heat a griddle and dry roast cumin seeds. Coarsely grind it and keep aside.

Add curd in a mixing bowl. Whisk it with a whisker. Add salt, roasted cumin seeds and mix. Add water if
needed. - 5
Add cooled and boiled bottle gourd and mix. Refrigerate it for 1 hour.

Serve chilled garnished with red chilli powder and roasted cumin seeds.
