To make the amazing masala Turai Sabzi,take Turai,wash and peel them.

Cut the Turai into small pieces,into Turai pieces,add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Salt and cumin powder also add kasuri methi, lemon juice,gram flour and mix everything well.

Now, place a pan on flame 🔥 add oil and heat well.then add marinated turai into oil and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.

Now turn off the flame and transfer the Turai into a plate.

After the oil is hot,add cumin seeds, cardamom,bay leaf, cloves and fry a little.add ginger, green chilli and roast well.add turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix everything well.

After the masala roasted well,add two tomato paste, salt as per taste,and cook until it releases the oil.

Add 2 or 3 tbsp water and mix well.turn of the flame and let it cool.

Add curd and mix well.now turn on the flame and cook the gravy little more.add fry turai and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes,add one Cup of water and mix well.close the lid and cook for 3 -4 minutes.

After 3 or 4 minutes,turn off the flame and garnish turai sabzi Masala with coriander leaves.

Now the amazing turai sabzi is completely ready,and enjoy it.
