A delicious breakfast if you want something homemade with your Nesquik.

Mix the almond flour with the sugar.

Add the cinnamon and lemon zest, and mix.

Add the eggs and beat until you have a smooth batter.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Grease a 9-inch (22 cm) cake pan with oil and flour, pour in the batter, and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool after removing it from the pan. Place the Santiago cross stencil on top, dust with powdered sugar, then carefully remove the stencil. Enjoy a slice with your cup of milk and Nesquik.

Pour milk and Nesquik into a cup and enjoy with your slice of cake.
