Method 1: Remove the stems from the grape leaves and stack them neatly.

Bring water to a boil. Quickly dip the grape leaves in the boiling water, then immediately remove them and place them in a strainer to cool. Pack the cooled leaves into freezer bags and store them in the freezer.

Method 2: After boiling the grape leaves, place them in a plastic container. For every 2 cups water (about 480 ml), add 1 tablespoon coarse salt. Pour the mixture over the leaves in the container and add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar on top.

Method 3: Select fresh green grape leaves and roll them up like a sandwich. Insert the rolls into plastic bottles and seal tightly. Do not open until ready to use. When needed, cut open the bottle, remove the leaves, boil them, and use as desired.
