Sake Lees and Condensed Milk Toast

I tried using amino-acid rich sake lees on toast, and I liked it lot. I tried using skim milk, honey, and many other things, but the milky flavor of condensed milk went best with the sake lees.

Sake lees loses flavor when heated, so I recommend using it as a topping after toasting the bread. It will taste sweeter that way too. Adjust the amount of ingredients to taste. Recipe by miyuki12
