Sake Lees and Condensed Milk Toast

I tried using amino-acid rich sake lees on toast, and I liked it lot. I tried using skim milk, honey, and many other things, but the milky flavor of condensed milk went best with the sake lees.
Sake lees loses flavor when heated, so I recommend using it as a topping after toasting the bread. It will taste sweeter that way too. Adjust the amount of ingredients to taste. Recipe by miyuki12

Triple-rich Kinako Milk Toast Triple-rich Kinako Milk Toast
I was inspired by a candy called "Kinako Milk" which I saw at the supermarket.Add as much condensed milk as you like.Just one teaspoon gives a subtle sweetness and allows enjoyment of the kinako flavor. If increasing the amount of condensed milk, it may be best to slightly reduce the amount of milk (since milk tends to give a pastier taste to the kinako and other ingredients). Tea Flavored French Toast Tea Flavored French Toast
My son loves French toast so I make it a lot. I made some milk tea for him, but he didn't drink it and I didn't want to either, but it was a waste to just throw away. I tried using it to make French toast and it was delicious. So I turned it into a recipe. The steeping time in Step 3 not only cools the mixture down a bit, it also increases the flavor and fragrance, so don't skip it.Don't try to press more tea out of the teabag; you'll be releasing more bitterness from the leaves.
