Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsChicken thigh meat
  2. A
  3. 50 gramsGrated onion
  4. 1/2 pieceGrated ginger
  5. 1/2 cloveGrated garlic
  6. 4 tbspYogurt (plain no-fat)
  7. 1 tbspVinegar
  8. 1 tbspKetchup
  9. 1/2 tbspCurry powder
  10. 2/3 tspSalt
  11. 1 pinchCayenne pepper or red chili powder
  12. 1 pinchCumin
  13. 1 pinchBlack pepper
  14. 1/2 tbspVegetable oil
  15. 1Shredded cabbage
  16. 1if you have some Cherry tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken thigh into 1cm wide strips.

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken strips in the combined A ingredients (grated onion, ginger and garlic, yogurt, vinegar, ketchup, curry powder, salt, cayenne pepper, cumin and black pepper) for half a day or overnight.

    Heat some oil in a frying pan and pan fry the marinated chicken. Serve on top of a bed of shredded cabbage garnished with some cherry tomatoes.
