Ridge gourd (Turai) Sabji

First of all peel the Ridge gourd and chop it.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, cumin, garlic paste, asafoetida and turmeric. Then add chopped Ridge gourd and salt to it and mix well.

After 5 minutes add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, roasted peanut powder and stir.

Then add 1.5 glasses of water and let it simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Then Add coriander and mix well.

So, Ridge gourd Sabji is ready to serve.
