Cheery Milky Way Jello for Tanabata

When I was a kid, a similar jello was served at school lunch. That day, I was having a crummy day, so I remember that it made me really happy.
Make sure to thoroughly dissolve the gelatin without letting it come to a boil. After the yogurt jello has completely solidified, pour in the night sky jello. Garnish with whatever you like. This is easy if you use store-bought whipped cream. For 4 servings. Recipe by Asamato

We had a Tanabata festival meal with our family friends and I wanted to make something special for the occasion.I didn't have small cookie cutters at the time, so I used a knife to cut vegetables into stars. Using a cookie cutter would simplify this task and result in prettier shapes. You can add red or yellow paprikas or mizuna leaves to add colour to this dish. There are no prep steps to make this dish so it's super easy. Cherry Blossom & Strawberry Hanami Jello Cherry Blossom & Strawberry Hanami Jello
I preserved some cherry blossom petals in salt, which was an interesting activity, but then I had to come up with a way of using them.Add jello to your hanami (cherry blossom viewing) bento. It will look like the cherry blossoms are dancing when reflected in the wobbling jello.Add the jello layer once the strawberry pudding layer has set fully. The preserved cherry blossoms will be very salty so rinse thoroughly with warm water before use. Apparently, you eat somen noodles on Tanabata (star festival that falls on July 7th).The salt content can vary with the plum vinegar, so please adjust to your preference. If you don't have any plum vinegar, salt will do. If you use plum vinegar, it'll take on a faint pink hue. Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan -

This is a variation of "The Whole Can! Pineapple Jelly ID: 1108930."When using gelatin, it will melt and fall apart if left at room temperature. It is wise to show everyone quickly, and immediately divide it into individual portions. Agar agar holds much better, but it'll be a bit watery. For 1 can worth. Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan -

Jello with Umeshu and Lemon Jello with Umeshu and Lemon
I enjoy drinking warmed umeshu with lemon juice and honey, and I wondered if it might turn out well as a gelatin dessert, so I came up with this recipe. If you use umeshu that's not so sweet, add more honey. If you prefer a sour taste, add more lemon juice, about 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons. This recipe makes soft jelly, so if you'd prefer it firm, reduce the amount of water or umeshu by about 50 ml. For 2 or 3 small cups. Recipe by cureo cookpad.japan -
Japanese Sweets: Sakura Jello Japanese Sweets: Sakura Jello
I wanted to make some Japanese sweets-style sakura jello. This is a variation of a Japanese dessert called "Kingyokukan." I made this classic jello for my family, who prefers their jello on the firm side.I've been making this with Kawachibankan (Japanese pomelo). If you don't use a lot of iyokan, it doesn't look grea, so when you add water make sure it's enough to cover the fruit. In Step 6, if the iyokan is too cold, the gelatin will probably set with lumps, so warm slightly in the microwave just to be safe. Heart-Shaped Strawberry Adzuki Bean Jello for Valentine's Day Heart-Shaped Strawberry Adzuki Bean Jello for Valentine's Day
My overweight husband loves mizu-yokan. Since it's lower in calories than chocolate, this kills two birds with one stone by supporting his diet, too. While boiling the kanten, be sure to completely dissolve it. Gelatin may not set if boiled, but kanten can be boiled. Adjust the sweetness with sugar according to the sweetness of your strawberries and shiro-an. Since the strawberries will be mashed, you can use inexpensive ones. Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan -
With Condensed Milk Milky Zunda (Edamame) Soy Milk Kanten Jello With Condensed Milk Milky Zunda (Edamame) Soy Milk Kanten Jello
Summer means edamame season.I was wondering if there was a way to enjoy then in ways other than beer snacks.I compared the recipes in various cookbooks, and came up with this recipe that uses a reduced amount of sugar and adds richness with condensed milk.I use "Akahoppe's" recipe for homemade condensed milk -.If you prefer a soft-set jello, you could increase the soy milk (or water) to 50 ml.If it's not too much bother, peel the thin membranes off the edamame beans for a smoother texture. Toshichin-mama's Milk Yokan Jello Toshichin-mama's Milk Yokan Jello
My mother-in-law taught me this recipe, which is made as part of the New Year's feast.1. I used a 255 x 140 x 47 mm mold.2. The amount of sugar given makes the jelly pretty sweet. Please adjust the amount to taste. If you use powdered sugar, the jelly will be even smoother. If you use a variety of kanten called "Agar agar," it will have a gelatin-like wobbly texture, so I recommend it when you are making the jelly in a mold. If you can't get that, use 1/4 of the kanten in the recipe. For 6 servings (or 2 pudding molds). Recipe by Kazapi- cookpad.japan -
For Cherry Blossom Viewing Bento Sakura Wine Jello For Cherry Blossom Viewing Bento Sakura Wine Jello
I wanted to make a dessert that I could take to a cherry blossom viewing. When I added the soda, it bubbled up a lot and I thought that the bubbles will go flat, but the jello texture was airy and bubbly. This jello is light, smooth and delicious. If you use red wine, the colour doesn't turn pink so I used rosé wine instead. Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan
