Ingredients

10 minute
10-12 servings
  • 200 gmGreen chilly
  • 3 tbspFennel seed,
  • 5 tbspCoriander seed
  • 1/2 tbspKalaunji
  • 6 tbspMustard seed,
  • 2 tbspfenugreek seed,
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonAsofoetida

Steps

10 minute
  1. 1

    Firstly wash all the green chilly and dry it.

    Then make a cut in middle of green chilly.

    Take a jar and put all the seed ingredient into that and grind it.
    (Grind mustered seeds separately)

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients in one bowl and then fill it in green chillies.

    Then keep it in one jar and it will be ready to eat in 3-4 days.
